Each meal contains the allergy information – both on the website as well as on the box, so please check this before purchasing. Also please note that we cannot guarantee against the risks from cross contamination as we operate from a relatively small space.
The meals can be heated up for 3 min in the microwave from chilled, or 7.5min from frozen.
Yes, we rotate meals each week and are constantly adding in new dishes to ensure our customers are always satisfied.
Yes, all of our meals state the total calories along with the macronutrient breakdown.
Our meals are chef prepared and delivered fresh, so typically they have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-5 days.
Yes, we always recommend eating them fresh; however if you’re unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always pop them into the freezer for extended storage.
Yes we currently provide home delivery to the following boroughs ;
Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark , Tower Hamlets, Hackney , Islington , Haringey, Camden
